T2M Works celebrates a significant achievement as a new Customer completes the deployment of over 2,000 seats of Microsoft Teams Voice enabled with T2M Direct Routing, marking a successful collaboration underpinned by strategic planning and technical expertise.
The project between the Customer and T2M was initiated in early April 2024 and gained momentum through Microsoft’s Teams Phone Pilot MCI Engagement Program. The ambitious goal to activate 2,000+ voice seats by June 14, 2024, involved intricate tasks such as porting from carriers like AT&T, Lumen, and Granite, as well as resolving telephony infrastructure complexities and integrating analog systems.
The migration reached its milestone on June 6, 2024, a testament to T2M’s proficiency in navigating through Microsoft Partner Center and fulfilling program requirements. This included securing Customer Consent, Proof of Execution, and conducting Partner and Customer Surveys.
Feedback from the Customer underscored T2M’s exceptional contribution, highlighting their expertise in telephony, Teams integration, and migration strategies. According to the Customer, T2M’s ability to streamline infrastructure complexities was pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition.
The Customer is now expanding the collaboration with T2M, exploring new avenues of engagement leveraging T2M’s Engineering as a Service model, “Engage”. Microsoft Intune is being configured for enhanced device and policy management, aligning it more effectively to support conditional access. Additionally, Microsoft Copilot is currently under trial, with T2M collaborating closely to integrate AI automation across multiple facets of the Customer’s business operations.
