A T2M Business Development Manager is the catalyst to T2M’s success; on the front line, armed with state of the art tools to get the job done. As a consultative sales professional, the BDM is responsible for driving revenue growth by bringing in net new business. BDMs help to solve the business needs of prospects and customers by aligning their needs and objectives with T2M’s solution(s). BDMs are responsible for building long lasting relationships, coordinating resources, and managing the sales campaign across the entire opportunity pipeline.
A critical qualification for a T2M BDM is that you are a motivated creative problem solver that can take advantage of T2M’s advanced lead generation program turning qualified leads into customer contracts. To be successful you must initiate conversation, be assertive in your sales process, ability to be a customer’s trusted advisor, communicate key attributes of T2M’s cloud services, and be able to anticipate, identify and overcome customer objections. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success, a verifiable history of exceeding sales goals, and the aptitude and attitude to make a difference in a fun, fast paced environment. T2M is seeking winners looking to make a lot of money!
Responsibilities include:
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales quotas
- Manage pipeline, sales activity and provide accurate weekly forecasts using T2M’s CRM system
- Demonstrate talent and hustle and the ability to accelerate the sales cycle with IT decision makers
- Leverage world class sales engineering resources
- Exhibit a resourceful and strategic nature focused on goal achievement
- Become an expert on T2M Cloud Services
- Manage the sales cycle and negotiate win-win agreements based on value based selling
- Develop a strong understanding of competitive differentiators, company systems, sales methodologies, and T2M processes
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated record of success in consistently making and exceeding quota
- Skill set to work methodically and independently
- Documented history of sales success to Mid-Market businesses
- 4+ years of quota carrying B2B selling experience (Telecom, Unified Communications, or VoIP sales experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others
- The ability to embrace change, learn and adapt quickly
- An energetic attitude, drive to perform, and commitment to get things done
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Displays ability to present product content passionately and professionally, exhibiting high spirits in all situations
- Extensive experience in a wide range of business communications and collaboration solutions. Experience not limited to; Unified Communications, Collaboration, Contact Center, SIP trunks, Conferencing, Cloud UCaaS
- BS degree preferred
